We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced MOT Tester for a reputable dealership located in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. Duties of the MOT Tester:

- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines

- Diagnose vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools

- Complete accurate reports on vehicle condition and work recommendations

- Communicate test results and repair suggestions effectively to the Service Reception team

- Maintain vehicle and workshop safety standards

- Contribute to a professional, car-focused team environment

- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and fault repairs

- Ensure a clean and safe workshop environment at all times

Requirements of the MOT Tester:

- Valid VOSA MOT accreditation with a minimum of two years' experience

- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance

- Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures

- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach

- Ability to work efficiently within set timescales and meet targets

- Professional attitude and high standards of work

- Team-oriented mentality, committed to continuous improvement
