Summary

Please see attached job description. Supporting clinical staff in using and interpreting routine outcomes measures, analysing data, producing reports and training staff in outcome measures. Disseminating best practice knowledge and guidance in relation to use of outcomes measures and attending all outcome related meetings working closely alongside the local outcomes leads and colleagues. To utilise strong IT skills and knowledge of Excel and SPSS and other relevant data systems to analyse and report on data in an accessible and concise manner. Excellent communication skills are necessary to be able to liaise and support clinical staff and teams, and an interest in working with children and young people is essential. To assist in the development of a psychologically based framework of understanding and care to the benefit of all clients of the service, across all settings where care takes place. To frequently exercise mental effort on a daily basis during triage and assessment. To convey unwelcome or unpleasant news to service users and families in an empathetic and sensitive manner To effectively manage frequent distressing or emotional circumstances, accessing support when required. To be able to cope with occasional, potential stressful, upsetting or emotional situations in an empathetic manner, such as referrals which may have information about traumatic childhood experiences and abuse. To create graphs, presentations or charts to collage or summarise data on individual interventions or treatment programmes. To assist in producing visual material or user friendly information for access to services within Bromley.
