Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a unique opportunity to support and shape imaging informatics? We are offering a full time position atHinchingbrooke Hospital, where you will play a key role in supporting the Diagnostic Imaging Department withinNWAFT.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Clerical Manager and Clinical Systems Team within Diagnostic Imaging to deliver exceptional informatics services. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the clerical team across the Trust.
• Managing and analysing diagnostic imaging data.
• Overseeing day-to-day administration within the department.
• Performing basic statistical analyses and generating reports.
• Producing regular feedback reports for staff and local healthcare providers as directed by the Diagnostic Imaging leadership team.
In addition, you will be required to deputise for other team members during their absence and contribute to maintaining high standards within the department.

• Responsible for clerical annual leave requests.
• Deputise for the Clerical Manager.
• Carry out MPAs on clerical team members.
• Plan, organise and prioritise a broad range of complex activities including their own and other staff members.
• Problem solve and trouble shoot within an unpredictable environment to ensure continuity of service.
• First point of contact for clerical issues on the Hinchingbrooke site.
Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust’s redeployment process.
