We work collaboratively to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where individuals feel respected, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleYou will provide person-centred support that makes a real difference, including:Support with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingEncouraging community involvement and local activitiesFollowing individual support plans and risk assessmentsBuilding positive, trusting relationships that promote independence3 days per week, including alternate weekends and sleep-in shifts (paid at £52.78 per sleep-in).About YouYou are caring, reliable and proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.
