Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Children’s Services team at Cambridge University Hospitals in a key administrative role within the CHEERS Network (Child and Adolescent East of England Rheumatology Service).

You will work closely with colleagues across Children’s Services at CUH and across the network at a regional level.

The role requires administrative and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively whilst working to deadlines, a keen eye for details and excellent communication skills. Experience with data and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word are highly desirable.

To support the professional administration to the Child and Adolescent East of England Rheumatology Service (CHEERS) to all its users, including patients, relatives and colleagues.

You will provide comprehensive high quality administrative support to the Paediatric Rheumatology Clinical Team. This will specifically include liaising with colleagues from around the region to ensure care is optimised for patients, their families and our colleagues within the clinical network, as well as proactively managing patient pathways, booking patients in line with Trust and Network Policies and National targets.
