Summary

Prepare and cook nutritious, home-style meals for residents.

Cater for individual dietary needs, allergies, and cultural preferences.

Ensure all food is prepared and served to a high standard.

Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards (Food Safety/HACCP).

Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Monitor food stock, rotate stock, and report ordering requirements.

Minimise food waste and manage portion control effectively.

Work within set budgets while maintaining meal quality.

Liaise with the care team regarding residents' nutritional needs and preferences.

Provide a welcoming dining experience that promotes residents' wellbeing and choice.
