Summary
Elite Personnel is hiring Customer Service Advisors for a well-established client based in Tamworth. Type: Temporary – 12-week contract
Pay: £12.71 per hour, paid weekly
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound customer queries with professionalism and care
Fast and accurate data entry
Navigating multiple systems while delivering high-quality service
Working within a dynamic call centre setting – teamwork and pace are key!
What We're Looking For:
Candidates ready to start immediately
Able to commit to the entire 12-week duration
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Previous customer service or call centre experience ideal but not essential – full training provided
