Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises (some off site), ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for clients and guests.
Located in the stunningly, idyllic Charlton Estate just outside of Alnwick, the Doxford Group sets the highest standard Northumberland has to offer.

Duties
Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Change bed linens, towels, and organise supplies as required.
Perform specialised cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with laundry duties when necessary.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
Respond promptly to any cleaning requests or special instructions from management or clients.
Maintain organised storage of cleaning equipment and materials.
Skills
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and positive interactions.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Hours of work can be flexible to suit the candidate.
