Summary

At Lime Tree, we believe early years education should be inspiring, creative and full of possibilities for children and for our team.

As a family-run group with multiple nurseries across Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley and North Nottinghamshire, we create warm, home-from-home environments where children aged 0–5 can explore, question and thrive. We are excited to share that we are expanding our eight nursery settings in the coming months. The first new addition, Curious Little Minds, is now open in Thorpe Hesley and we have more settings opening in the coming months around Rotherham and Barnsley.

All our nurseries are inspired by The Curiosity Approach, and we champion child-led learning, natural resources and meaningful play experiences that spark creativity and build confident, independent learners.

Thanks to the popularity and growth of our nurseries, we are excited to expand our staffing team. Now, we’re looking for passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our team at our Discover Den Day Nursery at Carlton in Lindrick, Worksop.

No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it!

You’ll:

Bring our engaging, child-led EYFS curriculum to life

Create exciting indoor and outdoor learning environments

Observe, support and celebrate children’s development

Plan experiences tailored to individual interests and needs

Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers

Keep safeguarding and well-being at the heart of everything

Contribute ideas, energy and enthusiasm to your team

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early is Years essential

Experience in an Early Years setting

Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A proactive, creative and child-centred mindset

Someone who genuinely loves inspiring young minds
