Wellbeing Project Administrator (Job Ref 26-38)

Salary - £24,454.05 per annum pro rata

Full time - 37 hours per week

Based in Young Devon Exeter YES centre, Exeter

Permanent

We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Wellbeing Service team. In this role, you’ll manage bookings for young people, support staff with our case management system, and play a key part in improving processes that shape the quality of our service.

You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for young people, families, and professionals, helping them access support while ensuring our data is accurate and systems run smoothly. Alongside project and business support, you’ll also contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of our Exeter centre—helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment.

This is a varied role—you’ll balance admin, data management, and project support with real opportunities to make a difference in the lives of young people.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised, detail-focused, and confident with data and IT systems.

• A clear communicator with a friendly, approachable manner.

• Proactive and solution-focused, with a genuine interest in improving processes.

• Committed to our values: kindness, collaboration, commitment, authenticity, and inclusivity.

If you’re passionate about supporting young people and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.

Closing date for applications: Noon on Thursday 13th August 2026
