About Sai Clinic
Sai Clinic provides a range of healthcare and wellbeing services, including physiotherapy, Ayurvedic therapies, massage treatments and other health-related services. We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to strengthen our daily operations and support the clinic’s growth and expansion.
Role Overview
The Practice Manager will oversee the clinic’s administrative and operational activities while developing opportunities for expansion. The role requires someone with strong administrative experience and previous experience working within a charity, community organisation, healthcare service or similar setting.
The successful candidate will help improve internal systems, increase patient bookings, develop community partnerships and identify new services, funding opportunities and suitable premises for the clinic’s future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the clinic’s daily administrative and operational activities.
Supervise reception, appointment booking and patient communication processes.
Coordinate staff rotas, working hours, holidays and treatment-room allocation.
Monitor patient bookings, cancellations, therapist capacity and service demand.
Ensure patient records and confidential information are handled appropriately.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and filing systems.
Monitor clinic income, expenses, outstanding payments and operational performance.
Prepare regular reports on bookings, revenue, staffing and business growth.
Support recruitment, induction, training and performance management.
Handle patient enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
Develop relationships with charities, community groups, healthcare professionals and local organisations.
Identify suitable partnership, referral and community-outreach opportunities.
Explore grants, funding programmes and community health initiatives where appropriate.
Support the introduction and promotion of new clinic services.
Assist with finding and evaluating larger or more suitable clinic premises.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events and community engagement.
Maintain appropriate standards of health and safety, safeguarding, infection control and data protection.
Work closely with the directors to prepare and implement the clinic’s expansion plan.
