The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to step into a rewarding partnership and practice ownership opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent. The practice is well-equipped with modern facilities, including an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, dental equipment and everything required to deliver a high standard of first-opinion veterinary care.

Dedicated teams manage finance, HR, marketing, operations and business development, allowing the Lead Veterinary Surgeon to focus on clinical excellence while confidently growing a profitable practice.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong small animal clinical skills and previous leadership, mentoring or senior veterinary experience.
