Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician position based in West Sussex. Our client is a reputable dealership seeking a skilled individual to join their professional service team. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct diagnostic, servicing, and repair works to manufacturer standards

- Perform EV and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, subject to qualification

- Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex faults

- Ensure all work maintains high standards of quality, safety, and safety procedures

- Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians in their development

- Maintain high levels of safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Recognised diagnostic qualification (desirable but not essential)

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic preferred

- Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and safety protocols

- Motivated to develop skills through manufacturer training, particularly in EV technology

- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards
