Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Mechanic within a well-respected, manufacturer-owned dealership, located in Croydon.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Benefits of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

- Basic salary up to £37,500, with OTE reaching £44,000

- Sign-On Bonus: £1,500 including:

- £750 on joining

- £250 upon brand accreditation

- £500 after 12 months of service

- Additional basic pay per month for MOT-qualified technicians

- Company Car Scheme: Access up to two company-branded vehicles, including insurance, servicing, breakdown, and tyre cover

- Performance-based bonuses and rewards

- Generous pension contributions up to 7%

- 42.5-hour week Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 morning rota

- Holidays starting at 22 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service

Duties of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles

- MOT Testing

- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.

- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements for the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

- A Fully Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence

- Dedicated and committed approach.

- Your own Vehicle Technician tools

The salary of this role is up to £37,500 basic.

Hours of work in this Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role are: 42.5-hour week Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 morning rota
