Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Commercial Vehicle Technician based in Halesowen, West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced commercial vehicle technician seeking to advance their career within a professional automotive environment. Duties of the Commercial Vehicle Technician:

- Conducting servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles

- Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently

- Performing vehicle inspections and visual health checks

- Ensuring all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and prepared to manufacturer standards

- Maintaining detailed records of work carried out

- Supporting the team to deliver high-quality workmanship within workshop timescales

- Adhering to health and safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines

Requirements of the Commercial Vehicle Technician:

- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Minimum of 3 years' workshop experience

- Strong diagnostic and servicing skills

- MOT Tester licence (advantageous but not essential)

- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
