Our client, a reputable and well-established motorcycle dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking a motivated Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive. This is an excellent Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive opportunity for individuals with the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn, with full training provided and clear progression pathways within the motor trade.

As a Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in the full sales process, from first customer contact to vehicle handover. You will support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in the motorcycle industry, supported by mentoring and structured development.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Warmly welcome customers and create an engaging showroom experience

- Learn and assist with the full sales process for new and used motorcycles and related products

- Support customers with test rides, enquiries, and vehicle handovers

- Build and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training sessions

- Maintain a positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

- No previous sales experience necessary – full training will be provided

- Motorcycle licence not required

- Interest in motorcycles or the motorcycling lifestyle is beneficial but not essential
