Summary

Looking for a driving role that lets you focus on the road instead of heavy lifting? We're recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a well-established logistics operation based in Colwick, Nottingham. With ongoing weekday work, pre-planned routes, and no handball involved, this is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistency and a great work-life balance.

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll complete a maximum of three runs per shift, transporting loads safely and efficiently. With no multi-drop deliveries or manual handling required, you can concentrate on what you do best – driving.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence, a valid Digital Tachograph Card, and a valid Driver CPC Card. Applicants must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes and have previous HGV Class 1 driving experience in a similar role.

This is an ongoing opportunity with consistent work and reliable hours throughout the week.

This is a Monday to Friday position with start times between 07:00 and 09:00. Shifts generally last between 10 and 12 hours, providing approximately 50 to 60 paid hours each week.

This role pays £15.00 per hour when working through PAYE. Drivers choosing the umbrella payment option can earn from £18.00 per hour.

Working through PAYE, you will also accrue up to 28 days' holiday per year, pro rata.
