Level 3 Teaching Assistants – EYFS (Primary Schools in Rugby)
Link3 Recruitment is currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to work across EYFS in welcoming and supportive primary schools in Rugby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals looking for flexible or long-term work within high-quality school settings.
The Role
- Supporting children across EYFS (Nursery & Reception)
- Working 1:1, in small groups, or as general classroom support
- Assisting with phonics, early learning activities, and child development
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Working collaboratively with class teachers and EYFS teams
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Previous EYFS experience in a nursery or primary school setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- A caring, proactive, and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Competitive daily rates of pay

- Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant
