Summary

This is your opportunity to help create a service the community can have confidence in from day one. A brand new Oral Health service is launching in Tower Hamlets. We're looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to help build it from the ground up and provide the clinical leadership that will shape its future. You'll lead a dedicated team, set high clinical standards, oversee innovative oral health programmes and work alongside schools, community organisations, commissioners and healthcare partners to ensure children, young people and families can access high quality oral health support when and where they need it. You'll do far more than manage a service. You'll influence how it develops, champion clinical excellence, use data and evidence to drive continuous improvement, and help embed oral health within the wider Young Health Hub to improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities across the borough. Alongside this, you'll support and develop your team, build strong partnerships across the local health system and play a key role in creating a service that local people can trust and rely on.
