Summary
To have responsibility for and lead the delivery of emergency general surgery To maintain a sub-specialty elective practice To maintain the highest clinical standards in general surgery. To work well with colleagues, junior staff and all health professionals Teaching and training of junior staff. Teaching of undergraduate To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and audit To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing professional development (CPD).
