Summary

Training Information: Training for this role is on a full-time basis and lasts between 6 and 8 weeks. The classroom element of the training is Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 for 2 weeks, with mentorship taking place working shifts with experienced staff taking live calls. Candidates must ensure that they are able to commit to this training IN FULL, as no annual leave can be taken whilst in training. Training courses are currently planned throughout 2026 at venues across the North West. Specific dates will be discussed with successful candidates once any offer of employment is made. Remote triage within ICCs is delivered on a 24/7 basis, with post holders being expected to work a variety of shifts which will include full night shifts, Bank Holidays, and other Public Holidays. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a simulated telephone assessment which will take place over Teams the W/C 10 August 26 Successful candidates from the first stage will then be invited to a F2F interview during W/C 17 August 26.
