What you will bring to the role We are looking for an organised, proactive, and patient-focused individual who can thrive in a busy healthcare environment. You will bring: Experience coordinating complex administrative processes and patient pathways. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, clinicians, managers, and external organisations. Experience maintaining accurate records and using electronic patient administration systems and databases. The ability to monitor activity, identify issues, and escalate concerns appropriately to support service delivery. Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively across professional boundaries. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex enquiries professionally and sensitively. The ability to supervise, support and develop administrative staff, promoting a positive team culture. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality, confidentiality, and information governance standards. A flexible and proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality patient care.
