Summary

Main duties of the job The post holder will support the Outpatient & Administration Service Manager in the day-to-day operational leadership of the Outpatient Department, it’s operational processes and systems, as well as any other improvement and development projects as part of general modernisation of the service. The postholder will have line management responsibility for administration staff including Outpatient Appointment Team Leads, Outpatient appointment booking staff, and support the Service manager with line management of the OAD Data quality lead, and systems/information lead Services that are split across the departments as listed below.
