Summary

The must have's for this role: Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building Services, or equivalent experience, together with a recognised apprenticeship and engineering-related HNC/HND qualification. Significant experience within a hospital estates environment or equivalent engineering/ industrial setting, including maintenance management and statutory compliance. Extensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, engineering systems, estates compliance, maintenance planning and risk management. Strong leadership, communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage contractors and deliver high-quality estates services.
