All NHS England Head of Delivery personnel must hold Security Clearance level as a minimum. To meet National Security Vetting requirements, SC clearances require 5 years continuous UK residency. In certain cases, this can be reduced to three years continuous UK residency, with additional overseas checks for the previous two years. Candidates who were posted abroad for service with HM Government, Armed Forces or within a UK government role - will still be considered. Please make sure you meet these requirements before applying for this role. About you Some of the skills and experience we're looking for from our Heads of Delivery: Extensive experience and advanced practical understanding of several programme management methodologies, including agile methodology and other structured project & programme management approaches Proven ability and supporting experience of successfully delivering a portfolio of digital products and services within a large complex programme environment and across organisational boundaries involving multi-disciplinary teams. Expensive experience and ability to manage complex stakeholder networks and expectations at senior levels (to Director level) providing value-adding strategic guidance, insights and input.
