What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing tailored 1:1 and group support to students
- Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting the development of EHCPs
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
- Experience working in a healthcare/care worker environment
- Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies
- ️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ❤️ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
- Relevant qualifications (bonus, but not essential!)
