Warehouse Operative – Temp to PermLocation: Lodge Farm, Northampton (NN5)We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established company based in Lodge Farm, Northampton (NN5). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate starts available following a successful interview.Shift PatternSunday to ThursdaySunday: 09:00 - 18:00Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 15:00The RoleYour duties will include:Picking and packing ordersUsing handheld scanning gunsWrapping palletsLoading and unloading stockGeneral warehouse dutiesMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentPay RatesTemporary (first 13 weeks):£13.15 per hourPermanent (after 13 weeks):£13.51 per hourPlus a 10% performance bonusAn additional £1.00 per hour for all Sunday hours workedThere is plenty of overtime available for those looking to increase their earnings.RequirementsPrevious warehouse experience is advantageous but not essentialComfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environmentReliable with a good work ethicAble to commit to the Sunday to Thursday shift patternStart DateImmediate starts available following a successful interview.If you are interested and available to start straight away, apply today or contact us for more information.
