Workchain is recruiting for a Loader to join a well-established company in the High Wycombe area that specialises in bespoke materials.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to become part of a hardworking warehouse team.The RoleAs a Loader, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are loaded accurately and efficiently for the following day's deliveries.Your duties will include:Loading delivery vehicles with bespoke materials.Quality checking products before loading.Loading vehicles in the correct delivery order.Moving stock by hand throughout the warehouse.Manual handling and heavy lifting.Ensuring all products are loaded safely and securely.Maintaining a clean and organised work area.Working closely with the warehouse team to meet daily deadlines.What We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse or loading experience is beneficial but not essential.Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.Reliable with a strong work ethic.Good attention to detail.Able to work well as part of a team.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.What We Offer£13.00 per hour whilst working through the agency.Temporary to permanent opportunity.Permanent salary of £28,500 per year upon successful completion of the temporary period.Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends.Weekly pay whilst on agency.Ongoing support from the Workchain team.Opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected employer.If you're looking for a physically active warehouse role with genuine long-term prospects, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today with your CV to start your journey with Workchain!
