Senior Repairs Surveyor needed in Taunton Paying £254068 per day ref OR109451

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

Leading on disrepair cases and carrying out housing condition inspections.
Undertaking building pathology surveys and diagnosing defects, including damp and mould issues.
Preparing schedules of works, specifications, and technical reports.
Managing specialist contractors and providing technical advice on remedial works.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, statutory requirements, and housing standards.
Supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants.
