BAGGING LINE OPERATOR - SCUNTHORPE
The Best Connection are recruiting for a Bagging Line Operator to join our client based in Scunthorpe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a busy operation working on a carbon bagging line. If you hold a Counterbalance Forklift Licence and are looking for a varied, hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you!
Location: Scunthorpe
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Overtime: £19.07 per hour after 40 hours worked
⚠️ Please Note
This role is based within a very dusty and dirty industrial environment due to the nature of the product being handled. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions and wearing any required PPE provided.
Duties Include:
- Operating and monitoring a carbon bagging line
- Loading and unloading materials
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- Carrying out quality checks on products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general production and warehouse activities
✅ Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Essential)
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Able to work at heights when required
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Comfortable working in a dusty and dirty environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
