Class 1 Day Driver - Treforest
Location: Treforest, South Wales
Start Times: Between 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Pay: £19.24 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing work (with potential for temp-to-perm)
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Class 1 (Category C+E) Day Drivers on behalf of our trusted client based in Treforest.
This role involves multi-drop cage deliveries to convenience stores, so we're looking for professional, customer-focused drivers with a solid work ethic and a good level of physical fitness.
Job Duties:
- Multi-drop deliveries using a Class 1 vehicle
- Transporting goods in roll cages to convenience stores
- Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
- Completing relevant paperwork and complying with driver regulations
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
✅ Requirements:
- Valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
- Ability to handle roll cages and undertake multiple drops per shift
