Summary
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly driven Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team at our setting on Replingham Road in South West London (SW18). In this key leadership role, you will hold overall responsibility for the daily operational running of the nursery, drive educational excellence under the EYFS, and ensure outstanding care standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations, administration, and commercial success of the nursery setting.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of early years educators.
Ensuring full compliance with all Ofsted regulations, health and safety legislation, and safeguarding procedures.
Managing occupancy levels, parent showarounds, nursery budgets, and staff rotas effectively.
Cultivating strong, trusting partnerships with parents, carers, and external local authorities.
Fostering a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes child development.
