Summary
SEN EYFS Teacher
We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN EYFS Teacher to join a supportive school based in Greenwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who has experience within Early Years and a strong understanding of SEN. The school are looking for someone nurturing, creative and confident in delivering engaging lessons that support pupils' communication, social development, independence and early learning.

Pay: £180-£240 per day
Hours: Full-time

The Role:
As an SEN EYFS Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging and sensory-based EYFS lessons
* Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, communication needs and complex needs
* Create a safe, nurturing and structured classroom environment
* Use play-based learning to support early development and engagement
* Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs and therapy teams
* Adapt lessons and resources to meet individual pupil needs
* Support pupils with communication, routines, social interaction and emotional regulation
* Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets and individual learning plans
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Experience teaching within EYFS
* Strong SEN experience within a school setting
* A nurturing, patient and creative approach
* Good understanding of play-based learning and early child development
* Confidence supporting pupils with autism, complex needs or communication difficulties
* Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
* A genuine passion for helping young children with SEN make progress
