Our client, a leading building contractor specialising in Social Housing, is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their team for a temporary ongoing basis in and around Manchester.
You will be working across void and tenanted domestic properties, carrying out a variety of joinery tasks. There may also be occasional minor works in other trades, such as patch plastering, tiling, and general finishing.
Multi-Skilled Joiner Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in all aspects of domestic joinery
• Ability to carry out minor multi-trade duties where needed
• Own transport and tools essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident using a tablet for SORs
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a long-term basis.
