Summary
We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior product manager to join our Product team.
This pivotal role will involve defining and managing the overall vision, strategy, and targets of our cyber security product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving innovation and managing the lifecycle of our existing cyber security portfolio.
As a strong leader, you will build and develop a high-performing team in cyber security product management, while promoting best practices in product management and development methods, tools, and techniques throughout the team. Your deep expertise in the relevant markets and trends in cyber security will be essential, demonstrating commercial acumen and the ability to quickly apply that knowledge within the context of UK higher and further education.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle management of the cyber security portfolio, from strategy through to delivery and ongoing optimisation.
• Deputising for the Head of Product where required, providing support in leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contributing to the growth, adoption, and performance of the portfolio, helping to optimise resource utilisation and track delivery against KPIs.
• Supporting portfolio prioritisation activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, customer needs, and risk considerations.
• Developing and supporting a high-performing cyber security product management team, contributing to capability building and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining and supporting key relationships with partners, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to enable effective delivery and collaboration.
• Maintaining awareness of cyber security market trends, including customer, supplier, and competitor landscapes, to inform product direction.
