Summary
The family are looking for a PA to help this young man. A 14 year old with Autism and global developmental delay and behaviour and emotional difficulties.
You would be helping him access the community- shops/ attractions/ days out.
Roles and Responsibilities
Regulate him when he is upset and has an outburst.
Remain calm and be reassuring.
Personal care- changing pads.
Take him out into the community to get him used to social settings.
