Summary
Location: Yr Ysgol, Heol Giedd, Swansea SA9 1LQ
Shifts: 24.5 hours per week - Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, must be flexible with days and nights
Pay Rate: £18.54 - £21.22 per hour

Yr Ysgol is a 16 -bed nursing home supporting adult male and females with learning disabilities, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

What you’ll be doing:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Advocate for safety, quality care, and best practices for the people we support.
