The Role

MX Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmaceutical Technician to support the delivery of safe and effective pharmaceutical services. The successful candidate will assist with dispensing medicines, stock management, patient support and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

* Knowledge of pharmacy procedures and medicines management.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Organisational and time management abilities.

* Inventory and stock control.

Prepare and dispense medicines under the supervision of the Responsible Pharmacist.

* Maintain accurate patient medication records.

* Manage stock ordering, storage and inventory control.

* Support prescription processing and accuracy checking where authorised.

* Assist patients with prescription enquiries and provide appropriate guidance.

* Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and pharmacy procedures.

* Maintain a clean, organised and safe pharmacy environment.

* Assist with controlled drug management and record keeping.

* Support pharmacy audits and quality assurance activities.

* Problem-solving skills.

* IT literacy and pharmacy software systems.

* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
