We’re recruiting for a Senior Performance Analyst here at Justice Digital, Data and Science to be part of our warm and collaborative Legal Aid Agency (LAA) team.

This role aligns against Senior Performance Analyst from the Government Digital and Data Framework

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will:

• Lead the development and analysis of Service Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our digital services.

• Use SQL and other tools to extract data from disparate sources, interpreting, and presenting meaningful insights.

• Build and maintain Performance Frameworks across the Agile lifecycle.

• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and relevance in all analysis.

• Apply statistical techniques to assess the impact of service iterations.

• Support user-centred design by embedding data into product decision-making.

• Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to improve services.

• Create engaging data visualisations using tools like Power BI, Metabase, Amazon Quicksights, Google Analytics, and Excel.

• Analyse user behaviour to drive customer-centric improvements

• Communicate data stories to product teams to inform design and development.

• Demonstrate whether services meet performance standards set out in Service Level Agreements.

• Actively contribute to the Performance Analyst community, sharing best practices and innovations.
