Summary

As a Mental Health Support Worker within the REST Stop Service, you’ll provide responsive hands-on support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, delivering therapeutic interventions that help people stay safe, and develop the skills needed for recovery in a supportive and compassionate environment.

In this role no two days are the same. You’ll offer person-centred, trauma-informed support through one-to-one and group activities, while assessing and managing risk in a recovery-focused way. From overseeing referrals, admissions, and discharges to working closely with partner agencies, supporting with medication, and keeping care plans on point, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each person receives high-quality, support that truly makes an impact.
