We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of care across our service.

About the Role

As Clinical Lead, you will provide strong clinical leadership, support and guidance to the nursing and care teams whilst ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are maintained throughout the home.

Working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you will:

Lead, motivate and develop the nursing team.

Oversee the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.

Support staff development through supervision, appraisal and training.

Manage clinical standards, audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure care plans remain accurate, personalised and up to date.

Support resident assessments, admissions and funding reviews.

Promote excellence in medication management, infection prevention and clinical governance.

Act as a role model and champion best practice across the service.

Support the home in maintaining and achieving CQC quality standards.

Deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
