🔵 Salary: £25,350 per year
🔵 Overtime paid at £14.24 per hour
🔵 Sleep-ins paid at £60 per night
🔵 35 hours per week | Permanent

🔵 In this role, you'll:
🔵 Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and medication
🔵 Encourage independence, choice, and confidence
🔵 Help people enjoy hobbies, activities, and community outings
🔵 Assist with cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a comfortable home
🔵 Provide calm, consistent support tailored to individual needs
🔵 Working pattern:
🔵 3-week rolling rota providing a variety of shifts
🔵 Early shifts: 7:00am - 4:00pm
🔵 Late shifts: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
🔵 Long days: 7:00am - 10:00pm
🔵 Sleep-ins and weekend working on a rota basis
