We are looking for someone who:
• Can manage key school administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a varied workload.
• Communicates clearly with staff, parents, contractors and the Trust team.
• Can handle finance processes such as invoices, payments and basic reconciliations.
• Is confident managing HR admin, staff records and required census returns.
• Pays attention to detail in safeguarding, data protection and health & safety compliance.
• Can support site operations, lettings and contractor liaison when needed.
• Is flexible, reliable and committed to supporting the smooth running of the school.
