Summary

Living Better, Living Well: This element may be suitable for a GP with a special interest, a respiratory consultant or a clinician with relevant general medical experience. The work includes senior clinical input into multidisciplinary discussions for patients with post-COVID, post-viral or multiple long-term symptoms, where respiratory symptoms may be one part of a wider presentation. COPD and community respiratory MDM support: This element requires a respiratory consultant. The work includes clinical oversight and advice for patients discussed within respiratory multidisciplinary meetings, including complex COPD, breathlessness, oxygen needs, exacerbation prevention and onward referral where required.
