Your Role

Provide tailored support to students with SEN needs.

Help create inclusive, engaging learning environments.

Assist with classroom management and day-to-day tasks.

✅ What We're Looking For

Experience with children or young people (essential).

Background in healthcare or care work (a bonus!).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A patient, empathetic approach to learning support.

SEN qualifications or training (preferred but not essential).
