The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Lead Veterinary Surgeon to step into a unique

practice ownership and partnership opportunity in

West Midlands.

Leading two established small animal practices, the successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, mentor the veterinary team and drive high standards of patient and client care. One of the practices is well equipped with an orthopaedic theatre, digital X-ray, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory.

This role offers the chance to enjoy the rewards of practice ownership without the challenges of going it alone. A dedicated support network provides expertise in finance, HR, marketing, operations and business development, allowing partners to focus on clinical excellence and practice growth.

£110,000 in Year 2 to

The Candidate

The successful applicant will be RCVS registered with previous leadership or mentoring experience, excellent clinical and communication skills, and the ambition to grow a successful practice while inspiring a high-performing team.
