M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - Mechanical - high-end commercial AND residential projects in Central London - c£80k + package
We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - Mechanical to join our client's team on a high-end commercial and residential projects in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a strong project team, taking full responsibility for overseeing all mechanical and electrical services installations from initial coordination through to commissioning and final handover.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on site
- Coordinate M&E installations in line with the overall project programme
- Review and assess drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
- Chair and lead building services coordination meetings
- Ensure high-quality installations while maintaining strict health & safety standards
- Manage commissioning activities and oversee final system handover
Requirements
- Proven experience as an M&E Manager with an Mechanical background
- Background in delivering commercial construction projects
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services installations
- Solid understanding of BMS and lighting control systems
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating services packages
- Valid SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS certification
- Degree-qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
