The Wandsworth Talking Therapies service offers evidence-based psychological treatments (e.g., CBT, IPT, DIT) to people with common mental health problems (i.e., depression, anxiety disorders and eating disorders) within a stepped-care model. Wandsworth Talking Therapies is professionally managed by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and operationally managed by a Service Manager. The clinical team includes qualified Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, IAPT High Intensity CBT Practitioners, and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners who provide evidence-based psychological interventions in line with NICE guidance.

The post-holder will be working closely with the service’s Step 2 Lead to ensure Step 2 assessments and interventions delivered in Wandsworth Talking Therapies are of the highest standard and help the service to meet the nationally agreed access and recovery targets.
You will receive regular clinical and line management supervision from the service’s Step 2 Lead. For further information or an informal discussion of the post please contact Rhianna Blackwell or Nona Farrokh (Step 2 Leads for Wandsworth Talking Therapies) by email Rhianna.blackwell@swlstg.nhs.uk or nona.farrokh@swlstg.nhs.uk
