Summary

We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to work within the brand-new Women’s Only Gym which has been created to inspire confidence, wellbeing, and a sense of community. Located in the newly refurbished Mildmay House in Ilford, Serenity Ilford offers a bespoke fitness space designed in response to the growing demand for female-focused facilities. It provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where women of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels can feel comfortable, confident, and empowered.

Working closely with the centre manager, your role will focus on the day to day running of the centre, ensuring that the centre is kept to the highest standard for all who use it.
