Summary

16 hours a week, one day on the weekend is essential.

£14.00 per hour.

I am a creative and caring person, who lives with my lovely dog . I enjoy walking, gardening, arts and crafts, going to the beach, wildlife and nature. I am looking for a reliable person to support me to take me out to places of interest, cinema and historical sites in and around the area. I can experience some anxiety which has led to me being quite isolated and restricted in my daily activities. The need for a PA is to enable me to get and out and about.

I live in my own home in Carmarthen and would like to be supported to build my confidence and my independence. Through the week I am looking for someone to help me with my shopping, guidance on my utilities and occasional help with cleaning. I do enjoy arts and crafts, jigsaws, and board games and would like some company with these. I also need support with nutrition, for example meal planner and cooking meals. I also need support to attend appointments that may come through, due to anxiety.

I do you have some mobility difficulties which can fluctuate on a day-to-day basis. I use a wheelchair at present to go out into the community and aids when walking around my home.

16 hours a week, one day on the weekend is essential.
